Our Process

  1. We will confirm the details of your faulty product and what seems to be the problem.
  2. We will test your product for functionality and see if any faults can be found. Please note a charge of £12.50 is payable for inspection.
  3. The fault will be assessed and repaired. Chargeable repairs are normally assessed within 2 days of receipt at our workshop and your authorisation is required before work proceeds.
  4. We will inform you of any delays due to parts availability, etc.
  5. We will inform you when your computer repair is complete and ready for collection.
