We aim to provide the best possible service however, for legal reasons it is necessary to state that all work carried out by Evolve is under full understanding of the following terms and conditions:
- We will take extreme care of equipment, parts, data and media while in our possession, however we can accept no liability for any data loss or damage.
- We backup all user data whenever repair work may possibly cause file loss or corruption. However we cannot accept liability for any system or data that has not been backed up before we take possession. In the event that data is missing from a computer before backup has commenced Evolve cannot be held responsible. We advise all backup files be loaded onto an external media such as DVD or external USB hard disk drive. Please remember, your data is your responsibility!
- In some instances the initial diagnosis and suggested repair path maybe incorrect and this may not become apparent until later. In these scenarios we shall attempt to continue the repair within the constraints of the initial costs quote. When this is not possible we shall cease all work until a new course of action and quote has been agreed upon with the customer.
- All invoices payable on receipt, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Though our business is built on punctuality. No liability can be accepted for delay or rescheduling delivery or appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- All equipment, parts, data and/or media remain the property of Evolve until the invoice is settled in full. Non-payment of invoice may result in repossession of the supplied parts or units.
- All information on the website www.evolveyourpc.co.uk is subject to changes. No warranties implied or otherwise are made regarding the suitability of the information provided on this site. We will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising from the transfer, storage, or use of the information stored herein.
- We charge an Inspection Fee for all repairs. This Inspection Fee is to be paid before any work is carried out and is non refundable. If a customer chooses to pay for a service in full before the commencement of any work, then the Inspection Fee is still taken into account as. Should a customer require a refund the amount paid will be The Total Paid minus the Inspection Fee. Currently the Inspection Fee is £12.50 although this may change without notice.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions. Please feel free to discuss any of the above points if you are at all concerned.
