Since we have had many requests since opening for access to the internet, from visitors to the town and people who are already out and about but just need to quickly print off a document or email, we are happy to announce that Evolve now offer internet access and printing within our shop!

Priced at just £2.50 per 30 minute session!
Printing is available at 25p per sheet, colour or black & white.

What can I say?  This has been a very busy week indeed.
Evolve has taken in a variety of work, including Virus Removal, RAM upgrades, Performance Optimisation, Windows Reloads, button repairs, keyboard replacements as well as a few Custom Builds and much more.  I like weeks like this, they keep things interesting to say the least.
So Thank You to all of you have popped in with a repair, to ask a question, called in on the phone or sent an email.

FREE QUICK FIX
This hasn't yet been properly advertised on the website yet, but if you have passed by the shop in Honey Street then you may have noticed some signage in the window referring to FREE repairs on any work that takes less than 15 minutes (some conditions apply - please ask).
It's as simple as that and there are no catches, but here is a quick explainer...

Bank Holiday Weekend
As I mentioned above, this week has been extremely busy and as such there is still some work on the bench that will not be completed before the weekend is upon us, therefore I would like to advise customers in advance that any repairs that you need worked on may have to be delayed until Tuesday.  However, if your computer can be fixed quickly then it shall be slotted in between other repairs.

So, if you think the repair will take more than an hour or two then please be aware that there may be a delay.

Due to an exponential error made on the part of BT yesterday, Evolve is currently without a telephone line, meaning we are unable to make or receive calls at the moment.
We have been promised by BT that this fault will be resolved, however it could take up to one week. Please bare with us, we are working with BT to resolve the issue & will have more news soon.

To help all our customers past, present and future, keep essential applications up to date with the minimum of fuss Evolve advise the utilising a clever service by the name of Ninite.

Call-Outs are charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum fee of £30 payable to the call-out engineer in cash or cheque.

You may have noticed that the website was down for roughly 12 hours?  This was down to human error, but has now been fixed.
